I want to thank each individual who took the time to wish me a happy birthday on Thursday...
I wasn't really online as I was away in Kilkenny with my wonderful husband Patrick, I like to take complete advantage of my time away without getting distracted with being online.

I felt very grateful to receive such kindness and love.
We stayed in an absolute gorgeous air b&b in the trees, over looking a green field.
It was set on a farm, the couple were very friendly, even made us homemade bread and jam. It was very yummy
We cooked lovely dinners each day and on my birthday we went out for a delicious dinner in a cool restaurant like a cocktail bar, it was very tasty and I really enjoyed our dinner evening together.
It was an absolute fantastic break away, I felt so calm, connected and pure joy from living a very simple life, life is actually really simple, there's such happiness in a moment right?
It was such a lovely retreat
Feeling pure satisfaction and today is Valentines day, so make sure you fill yourself up with pure love and gratitude as you are the most important person.
Weather you are in a relationship or not, or have children
You can make sure that you do something really nice for yourself without depending on an other individual to fill you up with love and happiness.
