Wrecked and Pumped...

I am wrecked as in I am pretty tired from lack of sleep due to feeling so buzzed up from the positively I choose to create in my life...

Today I done my last big run before the big charity run next weekend with an amazing group from the FITT community...

Happy out with Patrick my Amazing husband...

It is such a great buzz when you go running on such a beautiful evening...

6.5k jog done with my FITT community and I am delighted that I was a minute faster than last week.

WOW I did it. Another massive run in the bag 🎉🎉🏃‍♀️😀

I am Smiling because I had such an incredible week of wins 👏👏 🎉🎉

Here I am again as proud as punch as I just jogged 17.11 kilometres and I am feeling good.....
