Return to the Gym and more Books...

​This is me loving life being back at my gym this morning ...

​It felt absolutely Amazing to be back and to feel connected with wonderful people 
 
I felt very happy for going.
The power of looking into the mirror and laughing 😁
 
Also, we have just finished a video call with a lovely lady who is an author, reading her chapter back  to her for the upcoming Empowering Abilities book...this was the last chapter we had to do....more info coming soon...watch this space 😁
