Listening to every excuse...

I just did over 6.5k run with the gym guys and my God was it difficult...

The heat and the fact I ate just before it, really tested my will to keep going, also known that I was the last of runners was that little bit more harder 😅
 
Listening to every excuses I told myself to the point I got bored of hearing them 🤣🤣 
I  decided to carry on and before I knew it, I was back with the lads absolutely on fire in the making. 😅😅
 
Though feeling relieved and thankfully that they waited and I could join in on the laughter and conversation.😁😁
 
It was so worth it but its some heat out for no stopping 🤣🤣
 
Now to prepare for my 8.30am coaching call with my client from the other side of the world. Exciting 🥰🤩🌎🤗😁
 
Sure why not add a sparkling filter for a laugh 😆😄✨☺
