Full Steam Ahead

​So delighted to be back full steam with my fitness in the park....

Fitness is great but having the opportunity to train outside in nature, pure bonus.
Just at the end of the session, knocking out a few sit-ups and course the rain came to cool us down.
However rain = more worms coming up to the surface and its fun getting face to face with juicy long worms 😂 my concern was landing on them. I do not wish to kill 🤣🤣
 
So funny walking back I noticed a man slowly walking with his tiny white fluffy dog across the road with no lead and the dog was just chilling smelling walls as dogs do and the man is standing ready to catch the dog and I am like this is gas, this dog seems to be ok so laid back.
 
Until the dog spots me and starts to charge towards me and barks and the man is screaming all types of names at the dog while running with his arms open.
 
It was a real Dub moment, I am like there goes my ankles but the dog just flew past me and had the man chasing him and then the dog just stopped to chill out again. It was so funny to witness 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😁😁😁😁
 
Everyone lived and proceeded to love life...even the worms. 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
