Empowering Abilities - Day 5

Wow I actually completed my 5 day Reset Empowering Abilities Course with Wonderful people all over the world with completely different times zones and of course from my home town and the UK...

I am very grateful to the people showing up everyday and giving me fantastic feedback.
A lady said that she would never have thought of being thought by a disability person but I really opened up her eyes
It has been exhausting to show up everyday on zoom and give your full energy and put on a smile
This was actually my first time to do a group zoom session and to go on for 5 days, it helped people to have more awareness to know when to stop talking and let me talk
It has been truly Empowering for me to remember that I can do anything with the right mindset and support
