Empowering Abilities - Day 4

Feeling grateful to have completed day 4 of my 5 day reset Empowering Abilities course and very thankful to see people showing up around the world.
I am feeling very tired and my heart feels very heavy as I'm thinking about the Ukraine people, it's awful and heartbreaking what is occurring right now.
