2021...

2021 has been an absolute fantastic year considering everything going on....

​From loosing track off doing so many half marathons for training for the Belfast Marathon in October which actually doing a half marathon became very natural to do. 
 
I haven't bring able to run properly since and that's OK. 😁😁 
 
I officially registered my business with the CRO Empowering Abilities in May and the opportunities I have been receiving has been absolutely Incredible 
 
I feel Empowering Abilities is going from strength to strength. 
 
I'm only at the beginning and yet I've done so much. 
 
I have done my own 1-1 6 weeks Empowering Abilities coaching programme globally. 
 
I have done my free online courses. 
 
I have got a number of speaking gigs one of which were for disabilities organisations, colleges and most  recently a corporate talk with Microsoft. 
 
I am absolutely buzzing with my progress. 
 
To end the 2021 with a big win with a big talk. 
 
Things can only get better right. 
 
I am currently preparing my 10 weeks course which I am very Excited to be delivering to an adult education centre in January. I am officially a tutor 🥰🤗 
 
I am preparing for our official book launch in the new year for our first Empowering Abilities book. 😁 
 
I am very grateful for the wonderful people in my life especially Patrick my husband who is with me on this journey. 
 
We are an absolute Fantastic team and together we are making a difference by showing up with pure love to help individuals to feel more Empowered and Connected. 
 
Life is a gift right. 
 
Be proud of where you are right now and allow yourself to smile and feel good.
