What is this event about and why should I go?
As a person with a physical disability myself who, within the earlier years of my life, has felt very disconnected, lost, unheard and as though I was just existing, my aim for the "Empowering Abilities Connections" event is to pull individuals together, offering support, kindness, unique wisdom and the ability to move forward as a collective... and then expand.

The title of this event speaks for itself, and that is my mission, to Empower Your Abilities, with the Power of Connections!!
How does this sound to you?
This event promises to be an evening of connections, growth, development, as well as an opportunity to meet new people face to face. It is a space to have the confidence to be heard.

Get Up. Grow. Repeat.

Hi I’m Tracey, via the many types of services I offer (1-1 coaching, group talks, courses etc.) I aim to empower and motivate all of my clients towards there own definitions' of success.
When I was only 8 years old I was diagnosed with Rapid Onset Muscular Dystonia. This condition has pushed my mental and physical strength to the limit many times. I had to take control, manage my condition, and become the master of my own body again. I see you and I understand how it feels to live with a disability or health condition and I want to help you.
I’m living a successful, happy, and free life, because I make a choice to get up every day and embrace the day. During my journey I have discovered the true meaning of inner strength, resilience, and endurance. I choose to move forward and never give up and I can teach you to do the same..

Me, Myself & I

Having been born a perfectly normal child in the late 80's in Dublin, I one day woke up to discover that the world & the body I thought I'd be living in for the rest of my life, had completely changed...

-We Are All In The Gutter, But Some Of Us Are Looking At The Stars...

Ever since that fateful day, the day that my entire world, as I and my family knew it, changed, I have been determined to do my utmost to see the positive in things, no matter how bleak the situation may look.

Although I'm human and don't jump out of bed with joy each and every morning, as I regain my mobility, rediscover my ability and prove my conviction to myself as a person, my confidence undoubtedly grows and gets stronger as I progress.
I wish for you to feel as prepared to fight for yourself,
as I do for me.
