Task: There are lots of things that you can do to become more aware of your subconscious mind and connecting to what feels right for you. I love to be in nature, listen to meditation, doing yoga, trying different breathing techniques, journaling, learning new things, reflecting, singing or listening to music.
There are other things that you can do to tap into and then calm your sub conscious mind such as having a good laugh with friends and family, taking pride in what you have achieved so far in life, being kind to yourself and others, having gratitude regarding what you already have, and tuning into you. By tuning into your sub conscious you will discover what it is that truly makes you happy...so, what is it that makes you happy?
Think long and hard about this and write it down.
