My name is Tracey Mccann and I am CEO of Empowering Abilities.

Through known there's more to me and overcoming obstacles and looking at ways to help myself so I can help others to live the life that they truly deserve.
I have done the inner work, I have trained and studied, I have invested in top mentors to help my growth and self belief.

This has been tried and tested globally and I have received great feedback, such kindness and gratitude from all of my previous clients.
The 1-1 Empowering Abilities Coaching Programme is
specifically aimed at
focusing on what you want, rather than what you don't want and helping guide you towards your highest inner potential, happiness and confidence in a unquie way.
It's an hour a week call that includes me assisting you to search for your answers from within. I include exercises and meditations also.
All I ask is for an open mind and the willingness to put in the work, by showing up and wanting to help yourself.
I am a woman who has a physical disability which I obtained at the age of 8, it affects my upper body and my ability to communicate properly, my mental health has been hit and I felt such isolation.
I am here as your guide, your coach helping you to see what is possible
